This policy describes how Aitomatic, Inc. ("Aitomatic," "we") handles personal information collected through aitomatic.com. It covers this website only — data processed inside customer deployments of DanaOS is governed by the agreements with those customers, stays within their environments, and is not collected by this site.

What we collect

This site is intentionally minimal. We collect:

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — used for security and site operation.
  • Demo and contact requests. If you book a demo, the form is operated by HubSpot on our behalf and collects the information you choose to provide (such as name, work email, company, and your message). We use it to respond to you.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal information. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads them.

How we use it

To operate and secure the site, to respond to your inquiries, and — if you request it — to keep you informed about Aitomatic products. Each marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

Personal information is shared only with the service providers named above (Cloudflare, HubSpot, Google Fonts), acting on our behalf, and where required by law. We do not sell or rent it.

Retention

Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule. Inquiry and demo-request records are kept as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise them, contact us — we will respond as the law requires, and we do not discriminate against you for doing so.
